The story of Vivinook begins with Vivi’ s grandmother, a traditional incense maker who believed that
“sincerity gives fragrance its spirit.,” She gathered natural ingredients from the mountains, grinding, blending,
and aging each batch by hand, so every scent caried the essence of nature and the warmth of time.
Source of inspiration
Vivi once worked in the digital world, regularly burning the midnight oil. Anxiety filled her sleepless nights—
until one evening, she rediscovered a hand-tied incense pouch her grandmother had left behind. As the gentle
herbal aroma unfurled, her tense nerves began to ease, wrapping her in a peace she had long forgotten. In that
moment, Vivi realized how many of us, in today’s fast-paced life, need a quiet space to soothe our emotions.
This was the inspiration behind Vivinook.

But when Vivi set out to build the brand, she found a market saturated with synthetic fragrances—many labeled as
“healing,” yet leaving users more restless than restored. She held close her grandmother’s words: “Incense
should never be fake. What heals the heart cannot be made with half-hearted effort.” That’s why Vivinook has
always been committed to a natural-first philosophy. Every ingredient is sourced from trusted regions worldwide—
from Vietnamese agarwood to lavender in Ili, Xinjiang—hand-selected, vsun-dried, and stone-ground, free from
